PRODUCT PRICING

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

If an Item you purchase is not available you will be notified by email and given the option of backordering the item or changing your order. If you do not wish to backorder or select an alternative product, your purchase will be refunded.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If the goods supplied are incorrect to what you ordered, Mymoto will re-supply the correct order freight paid and will arrange the return freight on the incorrect item.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

We can not offer an exchange process if you have ordered an incorrect size or part. The solution for this is to return the incorrect item for a refund, and reorder the correct item, which will be shipped to you on a new order. We recommend that you reorder the correct item as soon as possible, as stock levels are constantly changing, and there is a chance that the correct size or part that you require may sell out while you are waiting for the return and refund of the incorrect item.

If we have made an error and sent you an incorrect item, we will rectify it at no cost to you.

SECURITY

Mymoto uses secure server software. All information including your name, address and credit card number are encrypted for your protection. All information remains confidential on the internet using our security system.

MAILING LISTS

Mymoto will not sell or distribute customer information to any third party or organisation. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of our mailouts.
