Delivery

All orders are delivered via tracked courier to ensure safe and fast delivery. If you have specific instructions for the courier please add these to the comments section when you check out. Please note that our couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Estimated Delivery Time

Many factors such as location, order volume, courier network status and weather contribute to the time it takes for an order to be delivered. Here are our estimated delivery times:

• North Island – Urban - 2-3 business days
• North Island – Rural - 3-5 business days
• South Island – Urban - 2-4 business days
• South Island – Rural - 3-5 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
