Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Mymoto. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or the item you have purchased does not fit, you can return it within 14 days for a refund of the price paid less any shipping costs, provided your return adheres to the following conditions:

  • Items are not on clearance
  • Items must be in new and saleable condition, with original packaging, labels, tags and all accessories intact
  • Product packaging must be wrapped / protected before shipping to avoid damage. Do not stick anything to product packaging
  • Items have not been "taken for a ride” or fitted to a motorcycle.

Clearance & Sale Items

Please choose carefully - no refunds on clearance or sale items.

Electronics, Parts & Tools

  • Any electronic part which has been removed from its packaging or if the manufacturer's seal is broken is non-returnable
  • Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable
  • Any Tool, aerosol or liquid that has been opened or has its seal broken is non-returnable
  • Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

Exchange Procedure

We can not offer an exchange if you have ordered an incorrect size or part. The solution for this is to return the incorrect item for a refund, and reorder the correct item, which will be shipped to you on a new order. We recommend that you reorder the correct item as soon as possible, as stock levels are constantly changing, and there is a chance that the correct size or part that you require may sell out while you are waiting for the return and refund of the incorrect item.

If we have made an error and sent you an incorrect item, we will rectify it at no cost to you.

Return Procedure

  1. Click on the 'Begin Return Request' button below
  2. Log in using the email address you used to place the order

  3. Enter the six-digit verification code that was sent to your email

  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for

  5. Select the items that you want to return

  6. Select a return reason and add an additional note if you wish

  7. Click 'request return'.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the items are returned, they will be assessed to ensure they meet the conditions listed above.

Refunds

  • Due to security measures, refunds will be processed back to the card or bank account used for the original payment
  • The price paid less any shipping costs will be refunded
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as the items have been received, assessed and accepted.
